At Willie's Remedy+, we stand behind the quality of our hemp-infused coffee and tea products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging and securely place it in a shipping box with your original packing slip.

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
